Our primary goal as the contract manager for our partner facilities is to oversee the board approved budget, review and re-engineer systems, carry out vision and strategic plan of the hospital board, maximize cash flow and reimbursement, implement new revenue producing services, long-term and short-term strategic planning, capital development and reinvestment programs, bring fresh public relations programs, ensure strong patient satisfaction and that employee pride surveys are in place, bring new public image and marketing campaigns, and assist with hospital physician recruiting.

Although many contract management companies seem to place a great deal of effort into retaining and renewing long-term management contracts, our company welcomes short-term as well as long-term hospital management contracts.
