In 2002 we assisted Craig General Hospital in Vinita, OK open a 20-bed geriatric psychiatric center. The extravagant 14,000 square foot facility is located alongside the main hospital building. Managed by Community Partners, this unit is growing with a strong average daily census and excellent outpatient mental health services. They offer geriatric care such as Inpatient and Outpatient individual counseling, individualized group therapy with other senior adults struggling with similar issues, family therapy, and van transportation. Our focus is Care, Compassion, Competency, and Concern for every patient.

Whether your hospital is looking at building a new behavioral health unit or looking for ways to maximize the investment in your current unit, Community Partners can improve the cost effectiveness of your program, increase cash flow, and reimbursement as well as patient care and patient satisfaction.

Call us for a free financial analysis of the impact of the prospective payment system rules on your inpatient psychiatric program. We can also conduct a review of your unit's compliance with the federal and state regulatory bodies.
